  27. I would also add, looking at their prospectus that they have 21 million 
  28. shares held internally with only a million in float.  We couldn't 
  29. "control" them unless the principal shareholder(s) were to sell their 
  30. stock to us.  Plus, I don't think there are enough Amiga users to buy 21 
  31. million shares.
